SWFTA is a not-for-profit organisation. Income from footage sales is necessary to cover the costs of staff and equipment, and to continue the work of the Archive. Discounts may be available for registered charities.

We would be able to provide researcher level access to our database upon request to enable thorough searching of our holdings. If you are unable to locate what you are looking for, SWFTA archive staff will undertake further research.

Copyright clearance and licensing is dealt with by our SWFTA Archive Director who is a qualified Archivist with expertise in copyright clearance and music and image licensing.

PLEASE NOTE: Footage supplied for projects and some broadcast will have the ©SWFTA logo embedded (discretely) in the fashion of terrestrial television programming, as shown above.

Please contact the SWFTA Archive Admin. Team for more information including our standard fees.
